How does it work?
Once participants log in to the event, they are taken to an interactive timeline that functions as a launchpad guiding them to various sections of the event providing easy access the Exhibition, Seminars and Networking.
With exhibitors located across the virtual exhibition, delegates can easily navigate, filter and favourite the listings. The Tees Valley Business Summit virtual exhibition work just like a regular event – you can meet with stand personnel, schedule meetings, chat through text, audio and live video calls, engage through social media and even, ‘take away’ literature from each stand.
Participants can watch and participate within the seminar sessions, which as always, will feature a host of leading speakers from across the Tees Valley business community. Participants can ask questions of the presenters, take part in any polls and watch sessions at a later stage if they missed them using the on-demand facility. Speakers can connect with attendees through rich interactive tools such as audio/video/text chat, polls, webinars, and videos in an immersive environment to get the conversation going.
